I'll take a 7 & 7

7 months and 7 days until the marathon.

Training Day 1...
30 minutes on the recumbant bike, 6 miles. 
Jump shot is flat. 
Free throws were about 70 %. 
Groin hurts. 
Daily routine needs to include regular SUPUPS
(Sit-Ups-Push-Ups-Plyometrics & Stretching) 
Gonna be sore tomorrow?

New self imposed rule-- I contribute $1 to one of my 3 focus organizations with every pack of cigarettes I buy.  

I'm trying to adhere to a 10 cigarette limit per day for this week... I'll update cigarette consumption later this week.... Hey that's $3.50 a week in charitable contributions.

Work out stats to date: 1 hour, 6 biked miles.
