A Sunny Monday Morning

1.5 hours at the gym this morning.
1.5 miles of interval running
6 miles on the stationary bike
78 / 100 free throws - 4 sets of 25 -- 22, 19, 17 and 20 respectively.
some "core" work.

Now lunch with a former student-- then back to the gym for another session tonight.
