Saturday Morning at the Gym

Spent an hour and 45 minutes at the gym today.
Played "Hustle" basketball w/ Ed, "Scoop" and another dude for about 30 min.
Put in 35 hard minutes on the upright bike -  a bit over 6 miles.
Did some minor weights and excercises to work on my "core"
Then free throws -- 22 for 25 then 20 for 25 -- 84%

I like shooting free throws because they require discipline of mind and body.
They also require good form to garner good results.
I'm going to need mental and physical discipline and good running form if I'm going to realize my goal.

$105 dollars pledged this week.

Time for bed-- gotta train in the morning.
